FLEX/ CROSSOVER PASS
We invite EFT and 2-month/8-week pass holders from other Jazzercise locations to visit our Center free of charge up to 6 visits a month. (Please bring EFT ticket/2-month pass receipt with you.)
CHILD CARE
$15.00
You can purchase 10 child care tickets for $15.00; or pay a walk-in fee of $3.00. Minimum age for child care is 3 months.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover at the Center. If you sign-up for our EFT payment plan, you also have the option to pay with the above credit card types.
We also offer EFT and walk-in passes for our Teen (11-17) customers at a 33%discounted rate.

Policy regarding EFT CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT OR HOLD: A cancellation, amendment or hold request must be submitted in writing (either by using one of the below forms or written letter with customer signature included) by the 15th of the month to be effective for the following month. Requests will NOT be accepted verbally (via phone or in person) or by email.
Accounts are automatically placed on hold for up to 3 months at a time (you are welcome to return any time during the 3 month period and re-activate your account). At the end of 3 months your EFT account will automatically re-activate (unless you notify us that you wish to cancel by the 15th of the month). Holds are NOT granted for vacations/travel-related absences; holds are granted if you are not able to participate due to a medical-related reason (illness, injury, surgery, pregnancy); effective, September 1, 2009, written confirmation from a physician/physical therapist/health care professional is required for a hold.
A maximum of 3 months in HOLD status is allowed per 12-month period. If you feel you need more than 3 months, it is recommended that you cancel your EFT account and return when you are able.
We will be unable to offer refunds if an EFT HOLD or CANCELLATION request was not received by the 15th of the month.
